Vintage 1970s Metal Post Office Box Money Box

This is a vintage money box by Combex, dating to the 1970s i think?

Nice condition. not sure if it would have some sort of key originally? the yellow rectangle shown on the bottom is actually a disc inside, which is moved round by a little cog wheel in the round hole. It is possible to move this with your finger nail to close or open
