Vintage 1970s Mattel Spinning Clown Toy - American Market - Psychedelic Colours

This is a is an amazing toy from Mattel.

I'd never seen one before, but as they seem to be made more for the american market, that would explain it

A triangular shaped plastic toy, it has a central clown face (on a giro scope, so it stays facing the right way when turned) his features however, change when the whole piece in rolled, giving him a new expression. 

Think wheel of fortune wheel, and that's the same effect, even with a clicking noise as it settles
